noisy from wheel

got humming coming from front wheel, tyre not hitting arch, pads look ok, any thoughts

Sounds like front wheel bearing worn out mate if you go out in the car and get it nice and warm when you get back jack the front of the car up and spin the front wheels if one side make a rubbling sound as you spin it that's the side that is worn out also check for play in the front bearings get hold of the wheel top and bottom and left and right see if you have any play

Also, its happened before where the break dust protector can get knocked and it rubs against the break discs, had this happen on my old 318is.
